When scheduling a service online you agree to pay service in full at the time of the reservation. However, some services and packages may only require a deposit, so please read the description and details on the services you are scheduling.
We would be more than happy to assist with your scheduling for multiple services and groups scheduling.
When booking an appointment for a friend, co-worker, or spouse please book the appointment in their Name with their phone number, and email. If it is a surprise gift please purchase a Gift Card from our website.
Cancelations outside of the 24 hours will be credited, or it can be fully refunded.
Cancellations within 24 hours will be credited the deposit, or 50% of the full payment if paid in full.
No show-No call will NOT receive credit for any payments.
However, if you reschedule the service you missed you will get a credit for the fees charged for the missed appointment.
No shows/No calls with gift certificates will be considered redeemed,
no refunds, no exceptions.
If you do not receive a text confirmation the reservation can not be guaranteed, so please call us to confirm if you didn't receive a confirmation text.
All services include 5 minutes or less for prep time and
5 minutes or less after your service for dress up time within the hour session.
If client is late and wants to keep the reservation, the therapist will perform the service for the remaining time left on the reservation.
We DO NOT accept GROUPON vouchers, SpaWeek, Spa Finder, or Gift certificates
purchased before October 2016 issued for any service
from Inner Peace Holistic Center.
We only honor gift certificates from Inner Peace Organic Spa, issued within the year.
If you receive a discount offer and you do not see it at the time of booking your appointment, please ask for the discount at time of checking in,
we will be happy to honor the discount.
