Scheduling Policy

When booking a service online you agree to pay service in full at the time of the reservation. However, some services and packages may only require a deposit, so please read the description and details on the services you are scheduling.

For multiple services and groups scheduling we would be more than happy to assist you if you call or email us with everyone's name, email, and phone numbers to accurately book everyone receiving services. This helps us to assign the proper therapists for the services requested

We Do Not accept third party booking and payment online. Our banking institution may flag transactions as potentially fraudulent if a service is booked for one individual but paid for by another person. For this reason, we do not allow direct payments for services booked under a different name. When booking an appointment for a friend, co-worker, or date please purchase a Gift Certificate from our website. Your guest will book an appointment and use the gift certificate as a form of payment. If the balance exceeds the total amount of the certificate your guest will pay the rest of the balance in cash or credit card.

Cancelations outside of the 24 hours will be credited, or fully refunded.

Cancellations within 24 hours will NOT be refunded.

No show-No call will NOT receive credit for any payments. Two No Show- No Call and you will be removed from our client list.

​

No shows/No calls with gift certificates will be considered redeemed, no refunds, no exceptions.

​

If you do not receive a text confirmation the reservation can not be guaranteed, so please call us to confirm if you didn't receive a confirmation text or email.

​

All services include 5 minutes or less for prep time and 5 minutes or less after your service for dress up time within the hour session.

​

If a client is late and wants to keep the reservation, the therapist will perform the service for the remaining time left on the original reservation.

We DO NOT accept GROUPON vouchers, Spa Week or Spa Finder or any other local discount programs.

We only honor gift certificates from Inner Peace Organic Spa, issued within the year. All gift certificate expire at 1 year from the date of purchase. However, we can be flexible depending on the circumstances, so call our management team so we can evaluate the situation.

If you receive a text discount offer and you do not see it at the time of booking your appointment, please ask for the discount at time of checking in, we will be happy to honor the discount.
